Major Problems Some Candidates are facing while Checking Jamb Results are Wrong Parameters, No Result, Error has occurred and No Reply after Sending UTMERESULT to 55019. Below are solutions to errors you’re getting while checking Jamb 2022 Results.
Jamb Results – Wrong Parameters
If you are getting wrong parameters anytime you try to check Jamb 2022 Result using SMS, it means you are not sending the message correctly. You are to Text UTMERESULT to 55019.
Don’t add space between UTME and RESULT, do not Send only RESULT to 55019. Finally, confirm if your spelling of UTMERESULT is correct.

Jamb UTME – No Result
Not all Jamb Results are now. If you wrote yesterday or a day before yesterday, it is normal for you not to have results yet. Wait for three to four days after your paper before checking.
Even if your results are out, you may not get a reply immediately after you send UTMERESULT to 55019. You will need to wait for up to two hours before resending or complaining about not getting results sent to you.
In addition to that, you must send UTMERESULT to 55019 using the same number that you used to create the Jamb profile. Do not use another SIM to send SMS to Jamb.
If you don’t get any response after sending UTMERESULT to 55019, don’t keep sending it. Sending it many times won’t change anything. Wait for as long as 24 hours before resending if no response.
Result For Jamb – Error Has Occurred
If you are told that an error has occurred after sending UTMERESULT to 55019, it may be a network problem. A lot of people are trying to check results at the same time, it is normal for errors to occur.
The solution is to calm down and check after some hours or the next day. Sending multiple messages will not change anything at that moment.
No Record Found
No record found. Send an email with NIN and Name to email@example.com. It simply means that wasn’t the number you used to register Jamb. Send UTMERESULT using the number you used to register Jamb.
Wrong Result Sent
It is possible for another person’s result to be sent to you as you text UTMERESULT to 55019. In this case, it is not your fault.
The error is due to Jamb Server error and malfunction due to too many persons trying to check. Simply check back later for your own result. Also make sure you sent the message with the number you used to register Jamb.
