You get to know yourself by revealing your most private fears, thoughts, and feelings. Look at your writing time as personal relaxation time. It’s a time when you can de-stress and wind down says a renowned psychologist.

4. Live Your Priorities Each Day

It depends on what your priorities are. To live one day at a time, you must set your priorities straight and live literally on them each day.

This way, you won’t be missing anything because you had the day already. Is it work, breakfast with the family, exercise, writing projects; build a fixed time to do them before other things?

5. Try Not To Worry

To be free from worries is why you need to live one day at a time. Thinking about the problems you have or will likely come in the future is what worrying is about.

Music is soul food. Enjoy good music as often as you can. If you recall, you have nothing to lose, when your peace is intact and you are sure about your process.

You got to stick to your process and keep refining yourself, enjoying good music to flow negative thoughts out and set you on course to keep reaching your goals one day at a time.
